Visual Inspection & Detection
Camera-fed object detection with proactive triggers
Deploy YOLO v8 models on edge hardware to detect objects, defects, and anomalies in real-time camera feeds. Configure triggers — object_detected, anomaly_detected, interaction — that fire automatically when conditions are met. Alerts route to Telegram, TTS, or kick off a full agentic mission. Runs on a Raspberry Pi 5 with no cloud dependency for inference.
Production Line Defect Detection
Continuous YOLO detection above the line. anomaly_detected trigger fires on defective parts — immediate TTS to operator, Telegram to QA supervisor.
Shelf Out-of-Stock Detection
YOLO detects empty shelf sections, fires object_detected when stock drops below threshold. Mission auto-dispatches a restocking alert to floor staff.
