1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders placed before 2 PM EST)

International Shipping

We ship to the following countries:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • Australia: 10-18 business days
  • Germany: 7-14 business days
  • France: 7-14 business days
  • Japan: 10-18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for shipping:

  • Domestic (US): USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • International: USPS International, DHL, FedEx International

The carrier and service level will be selected based on your location and shipping preferences at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Check our website or contact us for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@arcodyne.com.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Import fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may add additional delays to delivery times.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost or stolen:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend requiring a signature for delivery on high-value orders.

9. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

10. Multiple Item Orders

Items from the same order may ship separately if they are not all available at the same time. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Shipping costs are calculated per order, not per item.
