Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at returns@arcodyne.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please ship returns to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Returns sent to other addresses may be delayed or lost.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital products or software licenses
- Products damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at returns@arcodyne.com to initiate the return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@arcodyne.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please report defects or damage within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.
8. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our return policy requirements. However, if a product is returned in a condition that requires additional processing or cleaning, we reserve the right to deduct up to 20% of the product price as a restocking fee.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@arcodyne.com.
